A shared link is a controlled window into evidence supplied by the issuer. It gives buyers, customers and auditors context that a detached PDF cannot: who issued it, what it covers, which supporting records belong with it and whether access is still valid.

Frequently asked

Does Source Verity certify my products or file declarations for me?

No. Source Verity helps you collect, organize and share evidence, and prepares structured data for filings. Certification stays with accredited bodies, and the responsible party submits its own declarations.

I received a Source Verity link. Do I need an account?

Guest links open without an account. If the issuer shared with your email address, sign in with a one-time code sent to that address to see everything shared with you in one library.

What happens when a supplier updates a document?

The publication gets a new revision under the same reference. Your link keeps working and shows the current version.

Who can see what I publish?

Only the people and organizations you grant access to, or anyone holding a guest link you created. Access can expire, and you can revoke it at any time.

Who is responsible for what a publication says?

The organization that issued it. Source Verity hosts and delivers publications and keeps the access record; it does not author, check the truth of, or endorse their content. Questions about a document go to its issuer.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Source Verity for iPhone, iPad and Android is in app store review. It uses the same invitation and sign-in as this site.

Which industries is Source Verity built for?

It started in wood and plywood, where origin, formaldehyde and packaging evidence travel with every shipment. The same publication model works for any supply chain that exchanges controlled documents.

Source Verity hosts, delivers and logs access to records. Each publication belongs to its issuer, who answers for its accuracy. We are not a certification body, do not file declarations for anyone, and do not give legal advice.
